We believe that every piece of technology should have a chance to be reused. Whether it is a stick of memory or a complete data center, we can offer customers a fair value for their equipment. Our first goal is to find reuse for the technology by selling equipment back into the marketplace. All equipment comes with a 30 day warranty and can be returned if you are not completely satisfied.
If the technology can not be resold then it is disassembled and recycled following strict R2 standards. We are R2v3, ISO 140001:2015, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001:2015 certified with OSHAS 18001 state-of-the-art facility designed with the purpose of recycling end-of-life electronics in the United States.

    Products described were accurate. When I tested everything I found that the source client configuration was still there from the original owner - so data sanitation was not performed. That’s normal for used equipment. Seller was awesome to deal with when product shipped without cables. There was no problem in requesting the items to be tracked down and they were super quick to respond and ship the missing item. Would totally recommend them.

    I believe you are providing feedback for the wrong purchased item. The order you purchased was brand new in sealed packaging and also does not come with cables. It is not used and had no data on it.
