    I tried to cancel this order, as it was past the arrival date, and the seller declined to cancel (giving no further updates). I messaged the seller 2x asking for updates, and if the item had shipped to no reply (both times). Requested a refund, and eBay stepped in because the seller never responded. The item was never updated or moved out of the "awaiting shipment" phase, right up until the case closed on July 8th. Do not buy from this seller - save yourself the hassle!

    Items purchased Apr 27, 2025. As of May 12, 2025 items have not shipped & seller refuses to cancel order & refund my money. I have contacted eBay to open a claim against seller. In my 17 years on eBay I've never run across a worse seller than this one. IMHO, negative feedback isn't enough for this seller. This one needs to be booted from eBay permanently to strengthen the integrity of the platform. Save yourself time & aggravation & buy from a different seller. You've been warned.

    Tried to order this item AGAIN, then realized it was same seller that had never sent a similar one to begin with. Decided to give benefit of doubt. Nope. Four days past delivery date I AGAIN had to initiate a cancellation and refund, which seller refused. Ebay had to AGAIN intervene and get my money back. This seller should not be on Ebay. Avoid at all costs,

    eBay how is this fair to the buyer ? Seller has my money for 3 weeks - no communcation from seller - even this feedback wants me to contact the seller - Fine the sell the price of the item for not returning contact from buyer over and over - nothing - Think of the buyer, they need the item or they would not have purchased it in the first place / seller has the money in their pocket, and doesn't send item - you contact seller ,no reply again you have to wait, you can't buy another so you wait !

    Seller did not ship item two weeks after order. Then they denied my refund and I had to go through support to get it resolved. Lo and behold I go on the review page and I find many people having the exact same issues. Just don't bother buying from this seller.
