The process used in the manufacturing process makes them ideal for craft purposes, as the colorful inks will not bleed or run. NOTE: Orders of 1 or 2 sets will be mailed FOLDED. Orders of 3 or more sets of napkins will NOT be folded. Cocktail/Beverage napkins will NEVER be folded. Orders with 7 or more sets of napkins will get free USPS tracking.
