Unfortunately, the glove was to have been lost by DHL. I was quickly refunded by the Naoto's Shop. And the glove was delivered (even though DHL doesn't know where it is).I had to purchase a similar unreturnable glove locally because of a deadline and unfortunately cannot afford to keep both ,so I plan on returning it. The Glove came packaged beautifully with a nice note and and piece of origami.(which I am keeping) Throughout this whole shipping mess, naoto's was aweyand we will use them again!
