    It’s been a good experience but a new one for me on this purchase. I’m less experienced with eBay, so I was unfamiliar with the Authentication process. The bracelet I purchased was refunded by eBay before it was delivered because of clerical or data entry type of error or discrepancy in the category that was designated for the bracelet for authentication purposes. The seller was in quick contact with me & was open & responsive in explaining the issue. I would be glad to purchase from them again

    Item described as MEDIUM, received SMALL item. Returned item and was given refund. Communication was was reason for neutral feedback. Initially when I contacted seller, they advised they would look into matter. Did not hear from seller again. Had to open an eBay case and return the item. eBay resolved the issue. I will admit that other than size issue, item was excellent, well packaged and arrived in timely manner.
