Friendly communication, guitar packed securely, shipped promptly, gig bag mentioned but sent in hard shell case. 4 out of 5 stars on item description, no mention that electronics aren t fully functioning. A bit disappointed that everything was filthy, guitar had sticky residue, case was full of pet hairs. Still satisfied overall, as seller performance was excellent.
