  Excellent description on this open box instapot dup plus pressure cooker! The packaging did look a little rough but the instapot and all components arrived in new/unused condition. I did both a test saute and pressure cooking (10 min/high with 3 cups of water) and it functioned beautifully! Shipping was quick and the price was very fair. We, my wife and I, definitely recommend this seller!

  Not as described. The front looks new but the back is all scuffed up and looks like it got run over which was not shown in photos nor disclosed in the listing. No damage to the packaging so it must be how they sent it. Reading the other feedback reveals that this isn't the first time they have done this either. Ebay is not allowing any contact options when I try to contact them and of course returns are not accepted. Avoid this deceptive seller.

  The product was perfect when we shipped it. Buyers can always contact sellers, so I'm not sure why he did not email us or call eBay to ask them how to contact us. It's a $10 item and if we overlooked a scratch (although we're certain there weren't any), all he had to do was email us and we would have let him return the product. No seller is *trying* to deceive buyers--any issues that occur always cost a seller money, and I'm not trying to have my business lose money.
