  It was a pathetic service that discriminates against rural country people. they are small minded people who can't think that address in country roads don't always have a road number. And can't even understand that government agencies like Vicroads, Centrelink, do recognised these people even ebay does. So my best advise with all customers. look else where for a hassle free service. And don't believe what is written here with their advertisement as they won't back it up.
