  device that was delivered was locked to verizon, not unlocked as described. it was also a company device that was still being managed by the issuing organization which was not disclosed in the listing. there was also a bulging battery (a safety hazard) and the device was not packaged correctly in accordance with usps mailing requirements for electronics containing secondhand lithium batteries. thankfully the return process was simple and a refund was provided at drop off.
