  Seller is great. Communication was initiated by them asking about the condition of the box from shipping and the product. The box was pretty much toast but the rope seems in good shape. Wont know til I actually install and use it. Seller told me if anything is wrong with the rope they'll make it right. If there is it's not the seller, it's the shipping. Can't ask for anything more. Seller is A++++++++++++ in my book
