  I'm from Costa Rica. They sent me the wrong product. They advertise one and send another. How come they don't check the product and always say it was a warehouse error? Returning the product from Costa Rica to the United States costs more than the product itself. Terrible service. I wouldn't even give them half a star.

  Buyer was offered to return the product for an exchange or full refund but refused. We resolve this kind of issue at no extra cost to the buyer either with an exchange for the correct part or a refund for a returned part.
