Horrible customer service. Wouldnt reply to my message asking for updates on shipping so I requested to cancel the purchase and without any messaging he cancels the return. I then ask again to cancel and ask why it took him a week to send out my package and he replies with a very rude and unprofessional reply “am I supposed to baby sit the post office and run a shop” days after i had messaged him for an update on shipping. horrible service wish i didnt go with this company at all.
