    This is perhaps the best online purchase experience I’ve ever had. First time Ive purchased furniture and sellers were so helpful. They answered all my many questions. They stayed in touch with updates while waiting for the freight company to pick my chair up from their location and while my chair was in transit. They worked with an excellent shipper, too.. It arrived as described - just beautiful. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again. I’m so pleased with my purchase from start to finish!

    What a wonderful experience from beginning to end!! This seller is a great communicator never letting me wonder what was happening in the process of shipping two wonderful barstools from back east to California. The shipper he used was fantastic!     Item came damaged as it wasn't packaged properly for shipping. Also missing a drawer handle that wasn't in the box. Seller has been excellent in communicating with UPS and myself, but I'm still waiting resolution. Giving leeway due to the holidays and bad weather. Hoping to be resolved soon so I can leave a positive review.

    I am happy to give this seller a five star rating. Although, as mentioned above, the item came damaged by the shipping co, the seller was in constant communication and I feel I was appropriately compensated and can have the item repaired.
