  Drives arrived 2 days early. Exact replacement for the manufacturer refurbished drives for only a few dollars more. No issues with 2 of the drives that have replaced the refurbished drives. One more to replace. Drives were packed extremely well. Will order again from this seller.

  On purchase I had realised I brought the wrong hdd drives I was after the Seagate 10tb IronWolf not the pro model. I contacted the eBay seller requesting to change the order or to cancel the order and issue a refund before the order was posted but unfortunetly I never heard back from the seller. They still went ahead and posted the order. The hdd drives arrived and seem to be ok. Due to the Terrible communication I would recommend using a different seller

  Ordered two, one of which was faulty. Seller though showed no hesitation in replacing with a new one. Had to send the faulty drive back to China, at my own expense, which was not reimbursed, so that’s not good at all considering none of this was my fault, so I am now down $40. Ultimately though the new one arrived and works fine. It was also packaged very well, communication was good, so provided you dont get a faulty one, it’ll be a good purchase.

  Very impressed with this seller. The hard drive is exactly what I needed and arrived extremely well packed to ensure there was no chance of damage in transit. This is really appreciated indeed! Seller shipped my drives very quickly and with tracking I was able to know exactly when they would arrive. Have alreadt formatted and put several of the drives into use and they are purring along nicely with no issues according to DriveDx. I would highly recommend this seller.
