  First class service and communications. there was a difference in the description and the item, emailed the seller and their response was first class. immediate communication, returns label next day and once received an immediate refund.. Mistakes can happen, its not the mistake that is usually a problem its how its dealt with and this seller dealt with perfectly. a lesson to others. whilst this purchase didn't go to plan I would buy from them again.
