    Our order was shipped quickly, but was held up by Customs in NY for OVER a MONTH! But the seller responded promptly to each of my messages, and diligently followed up, providing updates (to the extent that they could), and then after a month went by, offered and sent a replacement. All told, it was 1-1/2 months from when we ordered to when we received it, but it was not the seller's fault. Other than the shipping delay, it was a great transaction and I would highly recommend this seller.

    The only dilemma I have was that the shipping took a little longer than expected, but was here in a timely fashion as well. Just one or two days from expected date. But the sneakers are very clean. I love the quality of them and the price was amazing. The appearance of the sneakers is clean and exactly what was listed . Will do business again. Very authentic just give them time to ship it to you.
