  Good transaction. Good communication. Fast shipping. The only problem was that the computer was shipped with very little insulation in the box. Consequently, when the box got beat up during shipping, the computer was jostled around a lot. A few little plastic pieces broke off, and some of the internal components came loose. I was able to put everything back together, and the computer seems to be functioning properly. But I'd recommend more padding for future shipments.

  Large capacity for good value. Attractive case and compact enough to not be in the way on your desk. Waking up from sleep is a bit slow but not a deal breaker. I'd recommend it purely for storage instead of using for active work like editing.
