  Seller shipped ornament without tracking capability. When ornament arrived it was broken, pictures sent to seller on the same day. No response until I had to contact eBay. Seller said "no refunds and to file with USPS". EBay handled it for me and provided a return label and upon seller receiving the returned ornament they issued me a full refund. I will not be doing business with this seller again.
