    You’ve used offensive language repeatedly, despite our professional responses. We clearly explained the issue is with Shipper, but you refused to accept that and continued your unacceptable behavior. We’ve now reported you to eBay for abusive communication and requested action against your violations. We will not tolerate further disrespect.
