    The item was received very quickly and in good shape. Unfortunately, the item that was shipped did not match the picture or description in the listing. After contacting the seller, they recognized the error and immediately tried to locate the correct item in their inventory but was not successful. The seller then immediately issued a full reimbursement of the the full cost (including shipping). I was disappointed to not receive the desired item but was very happy with the response.
