well i bought a pictured 18 Stihl bar and chain needing help. i found the pictures did not show the worst of the damage. bar was so ridged very badly. i myself would be embarrassed to sell. after de- ridging the bar i was able to be use upside down. the chain was as described. there was a half a penny slot worn in bar end top not seen in pictures which could throw a chain. bar should not have been sold as used because of safety concerns. i did not complain to seller. i am keeping.

So i've sold probably 100 used chainsaw bars the last few weeks. The ones i list on here I take the best possible pictures i can with a iPhone. There's always the possibility I overlooked a defect. Wish you would've reached out ahead of time letting me know. Although I don't normally accept returns, if it's something i missed I would've been more than glad to work something out. Next time send a message, that is why the option is there. Can't fix something when I don't know there's a issue
