Small problem with lid damaged in transit and item presumably missed at packing by manufacture. Seller went above and beyond to resolve obtaining replacements and forwarding ASAP. Product is of very good quality and highly recommended. Would also highly recommend the the seller. These are not real pans. They are cheaper copies of the real thing. There's additional import fees of £75 that were not disclosed on the advert. Which makes it expensive for what it is. They do have promt communication, although did get quite personal when I queried the import fees. The do have fast delivery also. I wouldn't use this seller again.

Wonderful experience! When I was a teen, I was a salesman for this company (AMC) Me and my brother we bought sold this product door-to-door back in Rome, Italy. That was exactly 57 years-ago. I know how good this product is because I cooked so many meals at my sales parties. I was surprised to find this shop on eBay that has a better newer version of them, but still very similar and so good. Thank you for the great price and fast shipping all the way from Italy!
