  Before placing the order, the seller didn’t properly respond to my questions. After the purchase, they mentioned the product might already be registered, so I asked them to verify it, but they ignored my request. I contacted both eBay and Rosetta Stone multiple times, spending over five hours. They advised me to ask the seller to reach out, but I got no response. In the end, the seller canceled the order unilaterally without any explanation or apology.

  Scam customer repeatedly did not understand they were buying a Used item. They kept asking if it was New after they purchased and would not respond to messages when I asked them to clarify if they wanted it. I had to cancel due to lack of communication and them not having a grasp on what they were trying to buy.
