    Looks to be brand new and was as described. The packaging is just brown box and a sticker indicating no manufacturer warranty. There was a warranty card and instructions but no serial numbers or other documents. I am not sure if moen would honor any claims for it in the future. Still a good value.

    If you buy from third-party parties, you will have NO warranty, except 30-day return. If you want a full warranty, buy from the manufacturer directly and pay the full price. BUT Moen's product has such a great quality that it rarely breaks. And any defective product you would see right away, and on the box it has a sticker that was put by the manufacturer that says "NO Warranty". But we do give 30 days, money back or replacement.
