    I normally leave positive feedback no matter how long my order takes to arrive, but not this time. The package was lost in the USPS system for almost two weeks, and when I contacted the seller, their reply was dismissive (see photo). As a fellow seller, the lack of customer service is VERY disappointing, and although the items are great, I hesitate to do business with this seller again.
