  We understood this item was listed as new but had to wait an hour for iOS 11 update. This has us questioning how new. No scratches on the watch and it was packed in a large box with peanuts. Can’t believe it’s not damaged. Even though the seller shipped it the next day, it took us one week to receive through the United States Postal Service mail. Just an example I ordered another watch same day from the same state and they shipped it. FedEx two day delivery and I received it in two days.

  DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER. Delay in shipping and when I did finally receive the item it was something different than what I ordered. I contacted the seller and was told it was a mess up. That’s fine, but I requested a return label and refund and never heard back from them. This is why I will no longer purchase from eBay.
