  I had ordered the Bulova Hack 98A255. However, I was sent the Bulova 96A259. I informed the seller and the issue was quickly resolved by sending me the correct model. I had intended to return the other watch. To my surprise and in an extraordinary display of generosity, the seller allowed me to keep the other watch (at no extra cost).
