    The process of ordering, and shipping was good. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT I just had a bad experience for this particular item. Item was NOT as described and was missing a piece that’s needed for functioning(piece missing was shown on pics) Package was good I needed a specific side handle and description said it was for L or R I trusted the description but when received item it wasn’t compatible with the side I needed, I reached out to seller and got a full refund for item Thank you guys
