The item was fine. The issue was they didn't ship the product in a timely manner. I received the item 22 days after purchase. I had to ask them about the shipment before they finally shipped it with no explanation whatsoever of what happened. No communication, no apology at all. I guess they sell so much that one super late shipment doesn't concern them. An apology is all it would have taken to likely not receive negative feedback. I'm in customer/field service and I don't operate this way.
