    1. They shipped me the wrong dvd. 2. I returned the dvd with a note telling them that it was not what I ordered and asked them to send me the correct dvd. 3. After more than two weeks I have not received the correct dvd. I have tried twice to contact the seller repeating what the situation is and verifying the exact dvd which I ordered. I also gave them my name, address, phone number and e-mail address. 4. Now I will try to get my money back which I assume will be a fruitless effort.
