    Terrible unethical seller. Will send you bad parts and blame you. When you return the item, they will lie and say they received an empty box, or will say that they received a different part. After contacting them. The phone and calling them out, they will simply hang up on you.

    Seller sold a "tested and working part" but then asserted testing wasn't even possible (continuity test would take but 30secs). Tried in good faith to resolve amicably and was instead accused. I remained professional but seller then mocked me. Sounds like if I had known the seller better before buying, I wouldn't have been at all surprised with the condition of the part. Should further mocking occur via seller reply to this feedback, I'm happy to send anyone the entire exchange of messages. Sad.

    Buyer having no mechanical knowledge of how a voltage regulator works doesnt even install the part to know if its defective. He assumes its not a good part because of one person on Youtube who doesnt know how to test electronics properly said how to test it which contradicts the factory service manual. Hopefully he shares my exhange of messages back and forth to show how ignorant he is.

    Seller thinks electrical parts are tested by connecting a known-defective part to a vehicle and waiting for it to catch fire and burn the house down. Factory service manual provides clear information with a schematic. A simple continuity test failed against the schematic. Seller dismissed my good faith attempt to reach out and instead mocked me, stalked me and left a comically bad review of my company on google. You be the judge.
