  You get more than what you are paying for, definitely a good value buy. Packaging is not the greatest, mine came with lots of chipped paint, a snapped off bracket for the air regulator and some missing bolts and nuts. But for the price I'll let it go, overall I'm very pleased with the purchase. Also the seller is great, very easy to communicate, shipping was quick.

  This seller has the best customer service. I asked for the best tire balance for my needs, they suggested one and it was at a great deal. Shipping was super fast. Like a three days fast. The customer service is in China, so they reply late at night. I was still up when they messaged me, so I was able to chat back and forth to get my questions answered. The tire changer and balancer we packaged very well. They ship from US distribution center.

  this did not include motorcycle parts as advertised and marketed. i asked for a partial refund and they only offered 100 dollars. I felt that 200 to 300 dollars is more like it due to that's how much the missing parts would cost to buy separate. they admitted they forgot to pack them with the package. a simple mistake they would send them now. I asked to be sent expedited to make up for the mistake and I still haven't received them. then they spitefully sent for a complete return of both.

  We apologized and shipped the missing parts right away. Buyer accepted $100 compensation as agreed, then later demanded more and more. We asked UPS to return the parts because buyer opened a return case and wanted to return everything. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and professionally.
