Item was exactly as described. It took twice as long as the estimated shipping time stated. I reached out to seller regarding the item not arriving, and got no response. I went to autozone, got some new wipers, then these showed up. I reached out again, no response. After the 3rd email, he finally replied and he said he did everything he was supposed to do, it's not his fault, and that I should take it up with USPS. Poor communication, and seller did nothing to resolve the issue.

This is Ridiculous and these people should be ashamed. It did take the post office an additional 4 days to deliver because they sent it to the incorrect package hub twice. She could not understand. I did respond to each of her messages with tracking detailing where the package was and what was happening along the route. I assume she can read and has the ability to comprehend. I went and spoke with my post master on 2 separate occasions in an attempt to expedite things on their end.
