Order (rear brake pads) was not in shipment with my front brakes as it was stated with shipper. The packing list indicated only front brakes were packed. I called Motonow customer service. My rep Tracy was very helpful and got me a refund for the missing pads very quickly. Mistakes happen, but when a company does the right thing without hassle, I'll buy again for sure.

Pour experience. Picture shows 2 valves and title states ‘valves’, indicating more than 1, which usually 2 is needed. Price was not far from a pair cost either. Only 1 valve arrived. Seller quick to differ to the description, which is true, but I shouldn’t have to rake through the details to make sure I’m not being scammed like it’s 2003. Took 4 days for the person to get and respond. Nobody likes to be deceived because you feel robbed. Not a clear and concise seller
