  it took me longer to open the package than to install the item. these are new and arrived Undamaged ready to install. These are basic black clips- look like the new version of the Ancient & broken original that I was replacing. literally a snap to install- works great the item (s) we as described, transaction was smooth, appropriate packaging. very good processing and shipping time.
