I received two new remotes and due to the age of the garage motor (and myself) had a little difficulty in keying in the new codes. Following a brief chat with the tech department who were just brilliant, patiently talked me through the correct sequence to delete all previous codes and recode the new remotes.
All the new remotes, together with the old are now working as they should.
The product, and after sales staff were great. So nice to see a company whose focus is still on customer care.

I ordered the wrong remote. Seller insists it is the right remote even though the serial number of their remote is different to my other one. They say "Unfortunately we do not offer returns from item that are shipped internationally" even though their ebay page says "Returns accepted through 11 April 2024". They conclude "Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any more questions as it would be our pleasure to assist you further. Have a great day!" Will have to be an ebay moneyback claim
