  This eBay Seller is the BEST!! I ordered his Ceramic Pizza Stone, and it arrived in a timely manner, but was broken, although he had packed the item so well, that it took me 20 minutes to unwrap it. I couldn't believe it !! I contacted him, and luckily, he had another one in stock. I sent him pictures of the broken item, for insurance purposes, and he sent out the new one the next day! This one arrived intact. Thank you so much! I would definitely buy from his eBay business again !!
