  The 2 marmite tubs were poorly packed in a thin lined envelope and plastic bag so both cracked in transit & leaked. A box was needed. Extremely sticky, it was a mess. Seller offered a refund, with a mailing label, if I packed up the mess & mailed it. As the item was out of stock, & most still useable, I twice sent pix and asked for a partial refund for the leaked marmite, & the trouble of processing the broken tubs. (S)he never answered my questions, just repeated the un-useful offer.
