  Seller was great to work with. Seller was willing to adjust shipping cost for multi-item, combined shipping order. Shipping was quick and with discount was reasonable cost for 3 items. Items were packaged appropriately. Pricing was a good value for used items and utilizing best offer option. Unfortunately size didn't fit buyer as we expected so we had to return, but that being said, and was no fault of seller, they accepted return and refunded in a timely manner. I would buy from again.

  Sent a different necklace and now is giving me a hard time over a refund. I explained that I'm a senior and cannot (don't know how) to send a picture. Now she is asking me to describe it. She had only this one listed!! Not worth dealing with this seller to return a necklace when it's clearly stated she takes returns.
