  Received the wrong item at first. I let M. T. know asking if they wanted the incorrect more expensive mount back, and asking how they wanted to handle the issue. I just got the correct item in the mail unexpectedly. While I personally would have liked a little more communication from the seller, they went above and beyond to make it right. I would buy from them again.

  Seller shipped ring alignment tool in a manila envelope with paper box with tool inside. Manila envelope was opened, and box destroyed with contents lost or stolen. Post office made note of this and placed a sticker on envelope staying contents missing. I have reached out to seller 3 times with no response. I am forced to leave a negative feedback due to seller non response.
