The fact that the manufacture is artisanal can bring some surprises. In my case, one of the metal pieces that joined the pieces of the lamp was too short. We had to come up with a way to add a few millimeters to the piece. The seller's contact was prompt and attentive, but when contacted, the factory limited itself to giving advice and did not make an effort to solve the problem. We gave up complaining so as not to waste time, but in fact, one of the two lamps had an imperfect assembly.
