  It was packaged in a bag in a mailing envelope but there wasn't any damage when my mail carrier wedged it into our little mailbox. The rabbit arrived during the shipping window. It was just as described. The rabbit was like new with no fading or wear. My MIL had bought the same bunny for my son in 1993 and he loved it until most of the fur was gone. I have been looking for a replacement for a couple of decades. I found this adorable replacement just in time to give to my grandson.

  Horrible experience. Plush toy arrived and immediately upon opening the package-there was a strong odor of dogs. Contacted the seller,went back and forth for a while,and came to no resolution. They just wanted me to spend more of my personal time and money to return it. Their attitude was cold and rude from start to finish. I was treated as a burden for daring to have any sort of issue. This seller’s motto may as well be “You get what you get and you don’t get upset”.

  Sellers Beware!! This Buyer wanted to negotiate item price after receiving it. The item was sent in pristine, clean, odor-free condition. We offered a full refund plus shipping. Buyer REFUSED. If there was a real problem, Buyer would have accepted refund at my full cost. Buyer spent more “personal time” messaging me to get a price reduction than it would of took to just package and return item. Buyer’s motto may as well be, “I make stuff up, now give me a price reduction because I said so”.
