The description clearly stated it was a reproduction case and no game was included. Seller messaged to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting before everything was completed and shipped out. Unfortunately, the front of the case was cracked when I received it. Likely due to negligence by the USPS, since the seller shipped the case in a fairly beefy bubble wrap mailer. I wouldn't and don't blame the seller for this. Especially since I had an old case laying around to swap out. Would recommend

First off, seller contacted me before making and shipping product to ensure I knew what I was getting, as I’m sure a lot of people buy their products not knowing what they are really getting. Second, after I had realized I had actually ordered a case for the wrong game, they were quick to reply to my request to change the game they were making the case for and adjusted accordingly. The first shipment never showed up and I really needed this case for a Christmas present. I'd bought the original disc and manual but needed the case. I reached out to the seller a few days after the shipment was due to arrive and never came. They immediately responded and sent out a brand new case in a box instead of an envelope. I just received it this morning, exactly when tracking said I would. Just in time for Christmas! Seller was excellent.
