No tape or plastic on the item's box, but every tube is there and unused. It was a great price on a quality item. I got it at a reasonable price from this seller.   Great price on the item conditions of the packer were not the best but they were as shown in the listing and everything was in the packaging. The tape seal was not meant but nothing was missing the packaging so I can’t complain personally would recommend.
