  we cancelled because you called and suspiciously ask us to ship to a different address other than what you put on the order. Full refund has sent the same day of cancellation. eBay automatically issues full refund when cancellation a order. You FASLELY claim somehow you did not receive refund. That's not how eBay refund works, it returns automatically by eBay during cancellation. It shows "refund completely" the same day it was cancelled.
