Excellent seller! Very professional and superb communication. The printer had a rough ride in transit (not the sellers fault, as it was packaged very well) and the seller took care of all of the issues that occurred. Will definitely buy from again!

This purchase experience was very positive in every way. Even though there was problem with printer (may have happened in shipping). I was able to ship the item back the same day I opened the box (I didn't even have to pay return shipping). Seller refunded full purchase price including shipping. Great seller!!!!!
