  I have contacted seller, because item was delivered in different (fully non working condition) I sent two video to the seller and provided all the proofs, he offered 30$ refund, which I think absolute insult. They also declined to cover diagnostic payment (to fix it locally) Avoid such seller if you dont want to receive problems for your funds. Will clarify directly through eBay customer support and will be fully reported.
