    I am sorry for your experience, however your above statement is incorrectly stated. I communicated with you about being out of the color you had ordered, to which I received a response that you did not want a substitution. Upon receiving your response I then immediately cancelled your order. Some items such as this may be in high demand and it is possible certain colors may sell out.
