  This knee brace is made in two halves. Two pieces make up 1 whole knee brace. When I received the brace, only one half of the brace was sent. I notified the seller and they immediately realized they also did not have the other half to send me. With that, they immediately refunded my entire purchase price. I would have liked to have had the complete item but the seller did everything they could to make it right. A++ for the seller!
