Purchased at the end of Nov 2023,had nothing but complications, never been treated so disrespectfully from a seller in 18yrs being registered. 44 Emails n Told basically to wait as I Only paid £40 for the delivered, after 3 months of still no sign of the item, then told they would send a new bed, but I'd have to get the tubes myself, then told I'd be contacting ebay, absolutely disgusting when put down by a seller because apparently £40 for postage was apparently economy, who new. Still waiting.

Because you chose the economy shipping, and for this item box size. (it's 100cm long and weight is 5.5kg). We just can ship it by the China Post. And we let you knew already when you ordered it. The shipping time is longer. We can not control shipping time.
